how did you turn it off, all of a sudden narrator is on, and when i press the windows key and control and enter it says narrator is already off. i can't figure out how it turned on only when in the game. and how to turn it off D:

after you go back to the dorm and talk to lucas a little bit, and just to make sure i was on the right version i went to the about section and it pulled it up i'm on the right version. so i'm just a bit confused as to what to do, ya know?
not to be rude but for example chapter 2 was part of this download right? but it won't let me progress past the last time's progress point. even if i start over a new game, is it just with a certain character's route that you'll get the chapter 2 stuff?
